Return Policy: No Returns accepted without prior approval. Giant Steps Music accepts most returns within three (3) business days if the criteria below are met.
To obtain approval, call Giant Steps at (423) 875-4179. No returned goods will be accepted freight collect.
Prepaid shipping will be provided for incorrect orders or defective items only. Shipping costs and arrangements on all other returns are the responsibility of the sender. Any merchandise returned must be in perfect sellable condition or additional handling fees will apply. Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged. A detailed description of the defect is required for all returned items. Providing this information assists us in improving our products and service.
There is a three (3) day return period on most purchases made at Giant Steps. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. All returned instruments and returned mouthpieces will incur a 10% restocking fee—no exceptions. No returns or refunds accepted on opened reeds due to health reasons. Sorry, no refunds on special order items not normally kept in stock.
